I am passionate about helping my family and others learn the benefits of eating a plant-based diet. Currently I teach Food for Life classes in and around Southern Indiana, Evansville, Newburgh, Rockport, Owensboro, Henderson, and western Kentucky. I also provide one to one coaching. I am also teaching plant-based cooking classes online through Zoom.
Healthy eating has always been a passion for me. While raising my three sons I made sure that they always had an abundance of fruits and vegetables. After watching family members become ill with heart disease, I watched Forks over Knives and the next day my family adopted a plant-based lifestyle.
As a life-long learner and teacher, it was a natural transition for me to want to educate others about the benefits of plant-based eating. I became a licensed Food for Life Instructor with the Physicians Committee for Responsible medicine in 2014. I have also completed the certificate in Plant Based Nutrition from the T. Collin Campbell Foundation through eCornell.
I want to make a difference in the lives of children and adults through a plant-based lifestyle.
